As we quickly approach the end of the year, it is an appropriate time to reflect on 2009 and plan for continued success in 2010. At Pet Paradise,
we have significantly grown this year, opening three new locations and expanding our New Orleans resort. We continue to work hard to provide the ultimate pet boarding experience for our pet guests and peace of mind to our customers. As always, we thank you

Pet Food Drive

In these challenging economic times, local animal welfare/rescue groups are enduring hardship. While their donations are decreasing, demand
is increasing because people are finding it harder to take care of their pets.
In the spirit of the holidays, Pet Paradise is launching the 1st Annual Pet Paradise Food for Paws pet food drive in 3 of its largest
markets. We need your support!
Jacksonville, FL: Jacksonville Humane Society
Houston, TX: Rescue BankSM
Charlotte, NC: Second Harvest Pet Food Bank
With a minimum donation of a 20lb bag of pet food, you will receive a complimentary night of boarding!

We will be serving as a collection point and encourage everyone to stop by and donate during regular business hours at our participation resorts before
December 19th.

Holiday Cancellation
Policy - Have your plans changed? Please make sure that you notify Pet Paradise within 72 hours of your reservation. We book up quickly during the holiday season, so the sooner you can notify us the better! For a holiday reservation, if you do not cancel
within 72 hours prior to your check-in date, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding.
Are your pets vaccinations current? -
Please make sure your pets vaccination records are up to date. If not, send them in before your visit to ensure a speedy check in. Your vet can fax us a copy of the records before you even leave their office!
