Lindsey Phillips

Manager, Atlanta Airport

Lindsey Phillips joined our family when we opened our Atlanta location in 2011. In a short 4 years, her drive to be the best took her from resort associate to front of house supervisor. She then became the assistant manager and has been our resort manager since 2015.

"Originally I was in it simply because I am a huge animal lover, now it's more than just that. Now I am in it for the scared ones and the shy ones," says Lindsey. She makes it an every day goal to make sure each and everyone of our guest are happy, comfortable, and truly wants to make a difference in their lives.

When Lindsey is not at work, you can find her spending quality time with her German Shepherd Jude (pictured) and her cat Abiri. Lindsey has accumulated years of experience in different aspects of the pet industry. She now strives to share her knowledge with pet parents and associates alike. She takes pride in developing the strengths of others to further their careers.

Melanie Moreno

Assistant Manager, Atlanta Airport

Melanie joined our Pet Paradise family in January 2016. After 6 short months, Melanie worked her way up to our resort supervisor. With proving hard work, amazing customer service, and her true passion for animals, Melanie became our assistant manager within a year. Melanie makes a point of making sure every furbaby is happy during their stay. Her devotion to all animals makes such a positive impact on all of our guests. Her love for animals is everything our resort could ever want in a manager. Melanie says working at Pet Paradise is her happy place. One day, she hopes to have a resort of her own.

When she is not at work loving on all of the wonderful furbabies, you can find her at home loving on her dogs: Savage (pictured) and Dunkin and her cats, Salem and Dora.
