The Jacksonville Jaguars are barking up a new tree. In a first for NFL stadiums, EverBank Field will soon have a dog park as one of the Jaguars’ latest moves to improve the pro football fan experience. Beginning the first pre-season game of 2018, the dog park will be open on the stadium’s south fan deck.
Jaguars President Mark Lamping announced Baltimore-based Cordish Companies has been tapped to develop the downtown area around EverBank Field, which will soon become TIAA Bank Field. Stadium improvements were also announced, including a third pool and the NFL’s first stadium dog park, which will be named after the sponsor: Pet Paradise.
